Q & A

How to make an appointment?

To book an appointment, simply email us using the form on this website and we will contact you for more information and to arrange an initial consultation. Or simply contact us by phone on our number.

Will I have a consultant available before the procedure?

Yes.

Before, during and after your procedure, our team is fully available to make sure your procedure goes smoothly from the time you book your procedure to the time you go home.

How is the hospitalisation process?

Admission to the hospital is based on a contract with the agency and the clinic, including the agreed date and conditions (length of stay, type of surgery, type of room, diet, etc.).

Immediate post-operative care (depending on the severity of the procedure and the state of health) is provided in the admission unit. Once the condition is stabilized (usually within 24 hours), the patient is transferred to a hotel room.

How are patients' meals provided?

Meals for patients are by appointment, where our team will provide either half board at the hotel or individual meals as required. We can also arrange small snacks if required, including delivery to the hotel room.

Will I have counselling after I go home?

If necessary, medical advice is available after you arrive home, depending on the type and complexity of the procedure.

Will I have an interpreter available if needed?

Yes.

If necessary, our agency will provide an interpreter in your language by prior arrangement. Patients arrange for an interpreter in advance during the online consultation or during the pre-operative appointment.

Can I arrange my own transportation to the procedure?

Yes.

You can make your own travel arrangements for the procedure. In this case, our agency will only arrange the consultation and the procedure at the clinic. The patient is responsible for the flights and transport to the consultation.
